The Studio Suite
The Studio Suite is a wonderfully large, light, suite with incredible views up the hill to the Church and across the Vale of York. This is a spacious suite with over 600 square feet of space, super king size bed, dressing room with stand alone bath and parquet flooring with additional television and en-suite walk-in shower room with L'Occitane products; seating area with sofas, 42" flat screen TV and a private terrace balcony with amazing views south towards York.

The Studio enjoys wonderful views in all directions; across the Vale of York one way, the Howardian Hills and up the hill to Crayke Church. In the Spring the daffodils are amazing. This is a light and very spacious room.
This is our only room that we don't allow dogs.
All our rooms are individually designed whether the renovated farm cottages or The Studio Suite within the main Ox building. These are generous, comfortable relaxed spaces offering country style chic in a rural setting.
All accommodation has a television, tea and coffee tray, hair dryer and individually controlled heating. L'Occitane products are provided in all of the rooms.
We are able to add a folding bed for children at an additional cost of £30 (bed and breakfast).
Should you have a feather allergy, please advise us ahead of your stay so that we can ensure suitable bedding.
Breakfast is served from 8 am - 9:30 am Monday to Friday and 8 am - 10 am Saturday and Sunday. Please do let us know in advance if you require breakfast outside of these times.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we have a simple policy of 7 days prior to check in, after this time the room must be paid for in full. Before this time we will gladly change or cancel your room without charge. Please note T's & C's are not the same for our accommodation offers. Please see individual offer.
Check In and Check Out
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards. Check-out is 11am. Should you wish to check-in early or enquire to check out at a later time, we will do our best to assist you, however with only six rooms this is not always possible.
