Adjoining spacious sitting room with TV, honesty bar and tea and coffee making facilities.  The sitting room has views across the terrace, with doors opening out onto the 80 square metre elevated terrace with spa pool.  Enjoy 180 degree views across the Howardian Hills and the Vale of York towards York.

All non allergenic bedding. Hypnos beds. Beautifully designed modern, light spaces using Linwood designer fabrics. This is where to book when you want to completely immerse yourself in the countryside for a rejuvenative stay. Combining this modern, luxury space with the 300 year old pub will result in an unforgettable stay.  Ideal for family and friends, but not for 4 legged friends. The Pool Villa is not dog friendly.

The Pool Villa is very different from our other rooms.  However all our rooms are individually designed whether the renovated farm cottages or The Studio Suite within the main Ox building. These are generous, comfortable relaxed spaces offering country style chic with a twist in a rural setting.

All accommodation has a television, tea and coffee tray, hair dryer and individually controlled heating. Luxury toiletries are provided in all of the rooms.

We are able to add a folding bed for children at an additional cost of £35 (bed and breakfast).

All our bedding is hypo-allergenic.

Breakfast is served from 8 am - 9:30 am Monday to Friday and 8 am - 10 am Saturday and Sunday. Please do let us know in advance if you require breakfast outside of these times.
