Access Rose via an outside terrace with seating.  On the ground floor enjoy the Butler's Pantry for tea and coffee facilities leading into a spacious sitting room.  The bathroom, with separate bath and walk-in shower, is located off the sitting room.  Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, one super king, one twin.

All accommodation has a television, tea and coffee tray, hair dryer and individually controlled heating. Luxury toiletries are provided in all of the rooms.

An additional folding bed can be added for children at an additional cost of £35 (bed and breakfast) in some of the rooms.

All our bedding is hypo-allergenic.

Please note that dog friendly rooms (all except Pool Villa and The Studio incur a £20 charge per stay).

Breakfast is served from 8 am - 9:30 am Wednesday to Friday and 8 am - 10 am Saturday and Sunday. Please do let us know in advance if you require breakfast outside of these times.
