Our 'pub within a pub' is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays

Grab a drink or a bite to eat from 3.30pm on these days

On Friday and Saturdays from 3.30pm - 11pm Bar meals and snacks from 3.30pm - 8.30pm.

On Sundays we are open from 3.30pm - 7.00pm Bar meals and snacks from 3.30pm

Bank Holiday Mondays we are open from 3.30pm - 7.00pm Bar meals and snacks from 3.30pm

This is a great, informal, fun space to relax and enjoy a drink or two with friends and family. Open Fires, large tables. Selected Sports depending on what's on..... This space provides us with a much bigger Tap Room than within the main pub, so that we can accommodate larger groups for informal weekend catch-ups.

All welcome. Open Fires. Dog friendly. Missed lunch and too early for supper, then come and grab a bite to eat with us from 3.30pm.

This December

Watch out for our "Thursty Thursdays" with Live Music during December - which we'll be rolling-out again later in the year after their popularity at Christmas - Thursday, 3rd, 10th, 17th December 2026 with music from 7pm - 9pm. Enjoy music from Tom Figgins, Phil Grainger and Dan Webster.

During the Festive period our opening days and times change in The Doghouse. We'll be open from 23rd December every day until 4th January.

Private Hire - We will be offering selected dates for private hire - the perfect place to host a Christmas Party (Mondays and Tuesdays up until 22nd December)
