This Large Family Suite is split over two floors.
Access Rose via an outside terrace with seating. On the ground floor enjoy the Butler's Pantry for tea and coffee facilities leading into a spacious sitting room. The bathroom, with separate bath and walk-in shower is located off the sitting room. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms, one super king, one twin.
Rose is dog friendly.
Large Cottage Suite for 2-4 guests:
B&B Monday to Friday: £250 for 2 guests or £300 for 4 guests
Dinner, Bed & Breakfast (DBB) Monday to Saturday: £300 for 2 guests OR £445 for 3 or 4 guests with £35 per person towards food and drink)
Sunday nights it's all about the Sunday Supper Club: £300 for 2 guests or £400 for 4 guests (See Ts & Cs for this offer which includes either £75 or £175 room supplement with the rest allocated to your food and drink. An amazing deal!)
All accommodation has a television, tea and coffee tray, hair dryer and individually controlled heating. Luxury toiletries are provided in all of the rooms.
An additional folding bed can be added for children at an additional cost of £30 (bed and breakfast) in some of the rooms.
All our bedding is hypo-allergenic.
Please note that dog friendly rooms (all except Pool Villa and The Studio incur a £15 charge per stay).
Breakfast is served from 8 am - 9:30 am Wednesday to Friday and 8 am - 10 am Saturday and Sunday. Please do let us know in advance if you require breakfast outside of these times.
We would be delighted to arrange Champagne or flowers (24 hours notice) in advance of your stay, should you wish.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, we have a simple policy of 7 days prior to check in, after this time the room must be paid for in full. Before this time we will gladly change or cancel your room without charge. Please note T's & C's are not the same for our accommodation offers. Seasonal Offers are Non-refundable.
Check In and Check Out
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards. Check-out is 11am. Should you wish to check-in early or enquire to check out at a later time, we will do our best to assist you, however with only six rooms this is not always possible.
